We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone suspected of Intoxication. Additionally no guests may leave or carry alcohol with them at the conclusion of the event or beyond designated event space.

Please be aware of the following guidelines as you plan your menu:
- Food must be ordered if alcohol is requested.
- All orders are subject to 8.75% sales tax and a 10% gratuity.
- All orders are accompanied with eco-friendly disposable service ware.
- Additional beverages may be purchased during the game.
- All guests at the event must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.
- 3 Pillars Catering reserves the right to discontinue the service of alcoholic beverages in order to comply with NY State and University regulations.
- 3 Pillars Catering will stop serving alcoholic beverages 7 Minutes into the third quarter.
- No outside food or beverage may be brought into the suites.
- 3 Pillars Catering is cashless, only credit card payments will be accepted.
- The University at Buffalo is a smoke free campus.
