State law prohibits service of alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age
identification for anyone believed to be underage. We also reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to
anyone suspected of intoxication.
Additionally no guests may leave or carry alcohol with them at the conclusion of the event or beyond designated event space.

All menus must be received and confirmed 8 days prior to game day, otherwise the only option for your menu selection is the Game Day Menu listed below.

Three Pillars Catering appreciates your patronage and looks forward to serving you.
Please be aware of the following guidelines as you plan your menu:
- All menus must be received and confirmed 8 days prior to game day, otherwise the only option for your menu selection is the Game Day Menu.
- Food must be ordered if alcohol is requested.
- All orders are subject to 8.75% sales tax and a 10% gratuity.
- All orders are accompanied with eco-friendly disposable service ware.
- Additional beverage items may be purchased during the game.
- All participants at the event must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.
- Three Pillars Catering reserves the right to discontinue the service of alcoholic beverages in order to comply with NY State and University regulations.
- Three Pillars will stop serving alcoholic beverages 7 minutes into the 3rd quarter.
- No outside food or beverage can be brought into the suites.
- Only credit cards will be accepted the day of the game. NO CASH.
- The University at Buffalo is a smoke free campus.
